Show FIRST WEEK OF RECREATION PROGRAM TERMED SUCCESSFUL First week's response to the" Milford recreation program was "very gratifying," Coach Neal, director, said today. "While the attendance wasn't as high as we would like to have it, the polio scare and the prevalence of measles in the city can be credited cred-ited with holding down the attendance at-tendance of the youngsters." From 30 to 50 children have participated in the daily programs pro-grams of games and fun, in addition ad-dition to the older boys who participate in the afternoons and evenings. Coach Neal was especially grateful for the splendid splen-did cooperation shown by the volunteer assistants who help him with the younger boys and girs, and the teen-age girls.
