Show Of Interest to Women SEGO LILY Division No. 500 held its regular monthly social at the home of the president, Mrs. Ronald Banks, March 24th. The earlier part of the evening was spent in, discussing the official of-ficial visit of the Grand Inspector, In-spector, May 5th. Questions on the proficiency test were studied. Bridge followed the business meeting, with prizes being won by Mrs. James Holm, Mrs. Grover Cuddy and Mrs.- George Baker. The house prize " was won by Mrs. Harry Mills and the raffle by Mrs. Joe Ryan. A delicious lunch was served by the committee, Mrs. Banks, Mrs. Harry Garfield, Mrs. Fay Bradfield and Mrs. Dave Erick-son. Erick-son. Other members present were Mrs. Glen Barnes, Mrs. Paul Crum, Mrs. Robert Col- MONDAY, March 28th, was a special occasion for Sharon Nichols, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Shirl Nichols. Not only was it her sixth birth anniversary, anniver-sary, but it will also mean school next year, which she has been anxiously waiting for. Mrs. Nichols honored Sharon with a birthday party Monday afternoon, with the following boys and girls present: Doug Killam, Lowell Mellor, Mary and. Mrs. Lucille Roberts was in charge of the program, which included in-cluded a talk by Bishop Goodwin, Good-win, reading by Mrs. Vena Wilson, Wil-son, duet, Emma Griffiths and Evelyn Brannon, accompanied by Mrs. Lillian Anderson; retold re-told story by Mrs. Ardath Out-zen. Out-zen. Mrs. Verria Tomsik was in charge of the banquet. The tables were beautifully decorated decorat-ed with spring flowers, for 47 places. 4 PINOCHLE was played at the home of Mrs. Lola Banks last Thursday evening. Prize winners win-ners were Mrs. Phylis Keetch, Mrs. Lela Rowley and Mrs. Dorothy Dor-othy Morris. Other players were Mrs. Toni Uffens, Mrs. Dorothy Kizer, Mrs. Margaret Mahoney, Mrs. Beulah Wunderlich, and Mrs. 1 Louise Delgardo. Mrs. Banks served refreshments refresh-ments at midnight. THIS WEEK the younger set r': takes over the society spotlight. Miss Ellen Talancon celebrated celebrat-ed her 13lh birth anniversary, at her home on March 23rd. In the early part of the evening her friends listened to recordings and read comic books, after which the group enjoyed a wiener wien-er and marshmallow "roast in the Talancon yard. x A movie was then enjoyed by Coreen Harden, Billy Reese. Ranae Myers; Gary Anderson. Kohler. Twenty little guests were taken to the matinee at the Firmage Theater, and afterward aft-erward returned with Ned to enjoy delicious cake, ice cream and punch. Many lovely birthday gifts were received. LITTLE LEE ANN, small daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Erickson, returned last Friday to Ogden with her grandpar-I grandpar-I ents, Mr. and Mrs. W. M. Sharp, who had been visiting at the Erickson home. Mrs. Sharp returned re-turned this week to Milford with Lee Ann. A VERY NICE birthday party was given in honor of Gary Chamberlain Monday afternoon, it being his ninth birth anniversary. anni-versary.
