Show DR. FOWLER TO PRACTICE HERE Dr. Herbert D. Fowler, a native na-tive of Wyoming, will open offices offi-ces in Milford next Wednesday, it was announced today. Born in Newcastle, Wyo., the young physician and surgeon obtained ob-tained his early schooling in the schools at Newcastle, and j was graduated from the University Univer-sity of Wyoming at Laramie with a B.S. degree. Continuing his medical studies, he entered the Medical School of the University of Michigan, at Lansing, and was graduated with the degree of. Doctor of Medicine. Dr. Fowler served for two years with the Army Air Force, flying many missions in the European Theater of Operations. Returning to the States, he completed com-pleted his schooling and completed complet-ed a "rotating hospital service" at the Harper hospital, the Children's Chil-dren's hospital and the Herman Keefer hospital, all in Detroit. He is a member of the AED and LDL, national honorary science fraternities; the social fraternity Phi Delta Theta, and Phi Chi, medical fraternity. He comes to Milford directly from Detroit. Dr. Fowler's offices will be opened in the remodeled offices formerly occupied by the Milford Mil-ford Jewelry, on the east side of Main street, and unless unforeseen un-foreseen dblays arise in equipping equip-ping the offices, he will begin practicing on Wednesday, March 17th. Mrs. Fowler, now studying at the University of Utah, will be 'graduated in 1949 with an MD degree. She earned her BA degree de-gree at the University of Michigan. |
