Show Effan Bee Club hears Dr. Tipton Dr. Vernon Tipton, associate professor in Zoology and Entomology Ento-mology at the BYU was the speaker for the Effan Bee Club members held last Thursday at the home of Melva Harrison. Dr. Tipton showed slides and told of his experieces during his travels while in the service and of the plight of many people peo-ple in foreign countries, their health standards, food, and other living habits. Mrs. Deal Mendenhall has received re-ceived word from her daughter and son-in-iaw Mr. and Mrs. Jack Childs, that they will be returning to Springville to make their home after having lived in Huntington Beach, California Cal-ifornia for the past 10 to 12 years. Mr. Child is employed with P. I.E. and will work out of the Salt Lake Citv office. |
