Chairman listed for voter turnout drive Arch L. Madsen, president of Bonneville International Corporation, Cor-poration, was today named as chairman of the 1968 "Utah Voter Turnout Campaign." The announcement was made by Robert H. Hinckley, founder of the Hinckley Institute of Politics Poli-tics at University of Utah. Mr. HincKiey said Utah was second in the nation in 1960 in registered voter turnout. In the 1964 presidential election Utah was first. "Utahns should be justifiably proud of this excellent ex-cellent record," said Mr. Hinckley, Hinc-kley, "and be determined to remain re-main in that number one spot." The Utah voter turnout campaign of 1968 will seek the support of all civic clubs, Utah Junior Chamber of Commerce organizations, the state Democratic Dem-ocratic and Republican parties, par-ties, news media, labor unions, chambers of commerce, all divisions di-visions of the state educational system and other interested parties.
