Working with Wilson in an all-out team effort to enroll all of the 5,000 Geneva employ- ees as United Fund contributors contribu-tors will be Ken McTavish, subdistrict director for the United Steelworkers of America; Amer-ica; Grant Wightman, president of Local 2701; Val Christensen, president of Local 3736; and Jim Downey, president of Local 5236. The county-wide goal for the United Fund this year is $190,-100. $190,-100. Sixteen agencies, serving all of the people of Utah County, Coun-ty, depend on Utah County residents res-idents to support the Fund. Raymond W. Sundquist, general gen-eral superintendent of Geneva Works, said that he hopes employees em-ployees at Geneva will support the United Fund this year as they have in the past. "This is my first year in Utah County during a Fund drive but records rec-ords of previous efforts give me assurance that Geneva Works employees will be out in front as drive supporters." The county-wide drive will be kicked off Friday, Sept. 29. |
