He attended various grade schools throughout the United States, graduated from Louisville Louis-ville Male High School, Louisville, Louis-ville, Kentucky. In 1960, he retired from the Army General Staff hi the Pentagon Pen-tagon to start a second career with the State Bank of Provo. Moved from general ledger clerk through various positions MILLAN PACKARD Assistant Cashier Millan Packard joined the Springville Banking Company staff in July, 1962, and was advanced ad-vanced to the position of assistant assis-tant cashier in 1963. Millan was educated in tha Springville schools and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Brigham Young University in 1961. In 1965 he received a degree from the Colorado School of Banking at the University of Colorado. until being appointed Vice President Pres-ident and cashier March 12. 1964. Belongs to Provo Rotary Club, Robert Morris Associabes, Utah Bankers Association, Utah County Bankers Association, Masonic Lodge and other professional pro-fessional and fraternal organi-lations. D. BLAINE HADLEY Assistsint Vice President Mr. Hadley was educated at Weber County High School prior to attending Brigham . Young University, from which lie graduated grad-uated in 1958 with a degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking. Bank-ing. He has worked with State Bank of Provo since July of 1958, beginning as Operations Supervisor, then successively, Auditor, Installment Loan Manager, Man-ager, Branch Manager and .Assistant .As-sistant Vice President L. B. NAPPER Assistant Vice President Mr. L. B. (Lee) Napper was born in Logan, Utah. He graduated grad-uated from Brigham Young Uni-Tersity Uni-Tersity and is also a graduate of Smithsonian Business College Id Ogden, Utah. Serving for the duration of World War n, he was employed t Hill Air Force Base as Property Prop-erty and Supply Officer i a . charge of the Special Projects Section and was responsible for ail overseas shipments of aircraft air-craft supplies. Mr. Napper has been engaged In installment banking for the past twenty years. Before joining join-ing the State Bank of Provo on March 27, 1963, he was aa Officer and Manager of the Installment In-stallment Loan Department of another local bank. Mr. Napper was elevated to Assitant Vice President of State Bank of Provo on July 18, 1964, and is manager of the Installment Loan Department. Mr. Napper served as Secretary Secre-tary and Treasurer of the Provo Downtown Coaches Club for six years. He is a member of the Provo Exchange Club where he served on the Board of Control for two years and for one year as Treasurer. He is a member of the Utah County Bankers Association As-sociation and the Riverside Country Club. FLORENCE D. CUIPMAN Assistant Cashier Born December 7, 1921, ai Eureka, Utah. She was educated edu-cated in Salt Lake City schools, graduating from Provo High School in 1938. She began her employment with State Bank of Provo as a bookkeeper in 1942, later becoming becom-ing head teller; serving in this capacity for eighteen years. In 1961, she transferred to the New Accounts Department until her appointment as Assistant Cashier Cash-ier in 1963. At the present time Mrs. Chipman is working in tle Installment In-stallment Loan Department as a Loan Officer. |
