Show Control board talks over CSC problems At a recent meeting of the Community Service Center (old library) control board, bids were opened for installing formica for-mica on the kitchen counter and tile on the floor and the job awarded to Darrell Wilson. The rent rates for the down stairs rooms were set at $7.50 per reservation from out-of-town and $3 for in town reservations. res-ervations. Landscaping which is to be done by the city, was discussed as was a new sign to be placed pla-ced in the front of the place. Shirl Poulsen of the Lions Club was named to change paintings in the building at various times. Painting on the outside of the building and covering the library inscription on the building build-ing were also discussed and the work is to be done soon. Attending the meeting were Leonard James of the city council, Jack Windley, parks supervisor; Mary Smart, representing rep-resenting the DUP; Roe All-man, All-man, 20-30 Club; Shirl Poulsen, Poul-sen, Lions and Mrs. W. C. Harrison, Federated Women's Council. |
