Show ...... t Elder George Brent Johnson going to British Mission, will be given farewell Sim. Brent Johnson farewell set Sunday evening George Brent Johnson, son of Mr. and Mrs. George L. Johnson, John-son, has been called to serve in the British LDS Mission.repre-ing Mission.repre-ing the Ninth Ward. His farewell is Sunday, September Sep-tember 19, at 6:45 p.m., in the ward chapel, to which members of the ward and friends are invited. He enters the mission home October 4. The program in his honor includes as speakers, Richard D. Peterson and Forrest Allred, with remarks by Bishop T. Mel-vin Mel-vin Haymond and parents of the missionary. The missionary will respond. There will be a vocal solo by Mary Lynn Rodriquez and other oth-er music will be by the ward choir. Elaine Craig will give prelude and postlude numbers. The invocation will be by Gary Nielson and the benediction benedic-tion by Lee Russell.
