Show Library departments list new books of interest to everyone Other additions to the library li-brary include several science books donated by John Bear-dall. Bear-dall. Among them are two of Asimov's works, "Search for the Elements" and "Biological Encyclopedia of Science and Technology." Other books of interest will be Buck's "The Gifts They Bring," a tale of retarded children and what they can give to humanity; "McCall's Sewing Book," "Antique's "An-tique's Book," "Lord of Flies," "Dog Years," and "Hooded Americanism," the story of the Klu Klux Klan. Many new books have been added to the library's collection collec-tion since the move to the new building at 50 So. Main. These! additions to the children's and adult's sections have been purchased pur-chased and donated. Two more Newberry Award books have been added to the children's section "The Bronze Bow" and "Shadow of a Bull." Of interest to other young readers will be the "Little Britches," a series , by Ralph Moody and "Incredible Journey," Jour-ney," by Bunford. The girls will want to read "Linda," by Alexander, author of "The Pink Dress." Adult readers will find the following books from the best seller list available for them, "The Source," "Up the Down Staircase," "Don't Stop the Carnival," "A pillar of Iron," and "Herzog," on the fiction list. From the non-fiction list, the library has the following: "The Making of the President 1964," "Is Paris Burning?" "Markings," "The Oxford History His-tory of the American People," and "My Shadow Ran Fast." |
