Local women officers in secretary group Mrs. Janice Fowles, Springville, Spring-ville, was installed president of the Timpanogos Valley Chapter of National Secretaries Secretar-ies Association, international, at a dinner meeting Thursday evening of last week, at Oak Crest Inn. She suceeds Evelyn Faden, who was installing officer. of-ficer. Mrs. Florence Robertson also al-so of Springville was installed treasurer of the association. Principal speaker at the function was Dave Bigler, international in-ternational district director of public relations, IT. S. Steel Corp.
