Show Jeune Mere Club entertains husbands The Valentine season furnished fur-nished a theme for the Jeune Mere husbands party at Barts. Dinner was served early with an arrangement of red and white carnations forming the table centerpiece. Mrs. Orval Bray, club vice-president, vice-president, welcomed those present pre-sent and paid tribute to the husbands. A vocal trio was furnished by Mrs. Jay Mad-sen, Mad-sen, Mrs. Douglas Bills and Mrs. Fay Jensen, accompanied by Mrs. Floyd Tuttle. The program also featured Dr. J. B. Trunnell, director of nutritional research at BYU, as the speaker. He discussed diseases of the mind and showed show-ed a number of interesting slides on the subject. Dr. Trunnell Trun-nell was accompanied by his wife. Others in attendance were: Mr. and Mrs. Grant Clements, Mr. and Mrs. I eVon Ford, Mr. and Mrs. Dougias Bills, Mayor and Mrs. Paul Haymond, Mr. and Mrs. Fay Jnsen, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Mads en, Mrs. Louise Nelson, Mrs. Itarold Whiting, Mr .and Mrs. Carl. Peterson, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Tuttle and Mr. and Mrs. Orval Bray. Approximately 11 million World War II and Korea Conflict Con-flict veterans have participated participat-ed in Vocational Rehabilitation and Education programs supervised su-pervised by' the Veterans Administration. |
