All letters must be signed. 3IK: Dear Friends: it : I am the operator of Ann's vill Rest Home, who has patients : S from the State Hospital and I would like to express my thanks to all people who sent in their protests against the ordinance, . . . Not that there was anything you and I could do about it, but it was wonderful wonder-ful to find so many understanding under-standing people. I could do .1 nothing else but thank our II Heavenly Father for so many brothers and sisters, who said, Ut "Yes, I am my brother's keep-ere keep-ere er." )ep; I was very proud when one of our boys was called in 55 church to say the closing 15 ! prayer. How proud Merle was, h 'is impossible to tell you. Maybe the Lord guided the person , . who called Merle to say the ' .! prayer to show that they are r not different in His eyes. Merle or the other boys have nothing against anybody. They le 'pray that people will become t more understanding and I am ialsSUre their prayers will be an-of an-of swered. Certain people feel they need ; 4to protect themselves by stat-jersing stat-jersing that they had nothing to a,do with the State Hospital. Please don't forget one thing now, we can protect ourselves from criticism but not from allthe illness itself.
