Show Waldo Frith Rowley !M He was born July 19, 1905, in Parowan to Thomas H. and Minnie Frith Rowley. He married Rita Lloyd Nov. 28, 1931, in St. George. The marriage was later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple. He was retired from the U. S. Bureau of Mines. He was an active member of the LDS Church, serving as a high priest in the Parowan Second LDS Ward. He is survived by his wife of Parowan and three sons and two daughters: Richard of Salt Lake City, John of Parowan, David of Chicago, 111., Ann Pearce of Las Vegas, Nev., Coralie Chesney of Sacramento, Calif. Also survivng are twenty-two grandchildren, grand-children, four greatgrandchildren, great-grandchildren, three brothers and two sisters: Richard E., Ronald, George and Verda Munford, all of Parowan, Edith Batt of Enoch. Funeral services were Nov. 17 at 11 a.m. in the Parowan Second LDS Ward chapel. Interment was in the Parowan City Cemetery under the direction of the Spilsbury & Graff Mortuary. WALDO FRITH ROWLEY, 77, died Nov. 15, 1982, in a Cedar City hospital. |
