No need to bury I Editor: I find your cartoon ironic in light of last week's front page. There, almost back to back, are two articles dealing with the Sunrise Subdivision area. First, all the problems involved with Spruce Street and the area just northeast nor-theast of it where serious subsidence problems exist. Then, a grand new senior citizen village. Where is it proposed? Why, near Sunrise Sub., just off Spruce Street. Then again, it might be handy for a retirement village. You wouldn't have to bury the old folks, just move them to Spruce Street and let nature take its course. Where are our city councilmen or our planning commission when this new nightmare is being dreamed up? N. Robinson Cedar City
