Under the provisions of chapters 8 and 10 of Title 40, Utah Code Annotated, 1953, as amended, and Public Law 95-87, Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, the Division of Oil, Gas, ' and Mining is hereby given authority to make and promulgate rules and regulations for the proper administration of the Acts. Notice is hereby given that the Division of Oil, Gas and Mining has prepared a set of rules and regulations for the purpose of establishing the abandoned mined land reclamation program pursuant to Public Law 95-87. 95-87.
