Show OBITUARIES ELLEN G. BLACKNER Ellen Green Blackner, ae 28, died August 26, 198 in a Salt Lake Hospital. S was born September H, 1952 in Cedar City, Ut. to Lynn B. and Madge Swapp Green. Married Brent M. Blackner May 31, 1970 in Las Vegas, Nev. Ellen graduated from Cedar High School in 1970. She was a life time resident of Cedar City until 1977when she moved to Beaver with her husband, where they have since resided. She active in the LDS church, currently serving as a primary teacher. Survivors include: her husband, Brent; 2 daughters Andrea and Michelle; a son Nathan, all of Beaver. Her parents; Ben & Madge Green Cedar City; 1 brother and 3 sisters; Jerry, Evanston . Wyo. Mrs. Ralph "Suzanne" Watson, and Mrs. Paul "Sharon" Nelson both of Cedar City; Mrs. Kent "Lynetta" Morgan, Provo Utah. Funeral services will be held Saturday August 29, 1981 3rd 4thWardChapel.Friends may call at the Metcalf Campbell Mortuary in Beaver Friday from 7 to 9 and again on Saturday from 11:00 to 12:30. FREEMAN Harry Edison Freeman, age 90, died August 27, 1981 in the Beaver Valley Hospi-tal.Hc Hospi-tal.Hc was born September 9, 1890 in Bay City, Michigan to James W. and Isabella Beriger Freeman. Married Emma Lester August 7,1939 in Los Angeles, Calif. She died February 27, 1975. Married Mar-ried Alma Marshall September Sept-ember 12, 1975 in Las Vegas, Nev. While in Los Angeles, Harry was invovled in law enforcement and real estate. He moved to the Beaver area in 1943. He was a 32nd degree Mason and he belonged to the Franklin Lodge 27. He was a member of the Scottish Scot-tish Rite, Shrlners and Eastern East-ern Star Ruth Chapter 6 He was known more In this area as an accomplished gunsmith and taxidermist. He is survived by his. wife, , Alma, of Northcreek andone sister, Beatrice Mlelke of Bay City, Michigan. Masonic services were conducted Monday August 31, 1981 in Milford.Interment was in the Milford City Cemetary under the direction of Metcalf Campbell Mortuary. |
