Show a P&L TO REDUCE RATES ONCE MORE Utah Power & Light Co. filed with the Utah Public Service Commission for permission to reduce rates by $8.4 million throughSept. 30, 1981. The company explained ex-plained the reduction request was made possible because fuel and energy costs for the period were lower than projected pro-jected and asked the rate reduction lie effective on service on and After April 1, 1981. If approved by the com -mission it will mean a reduction re-duction of about one dollar per month to the typical Utah residential user without with-out water or space heating service.
