Show Wedding Bells ' v. . .. , MR AND MRS, CULLEN CARTER The St. George LDS Temple was the setting for the July 20th wedding of Nancy Gale, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Gale, of Milford, to Cullen M. Carter, son of Mr. and Mrs. Rex Carter, of Beaver. Nearly I hundred of the couple's friends and relatives rela-tives were present for the early morning ceremony, which was .performed by President A. Elihu Whatcott. Of special significance to the couple was the fact that ;both of their younger brothers, Bruce Carter, and Brian Gale, had received their mission calls and were able to join the Bridal party in the Endowment Session and as they exchanged wedding rings. Officiating was Nancy's former Bishop and the Gale family's close friend, Richard L. Jones. A lovely luncheon was hosted by the groom's parents at their home in Beaver. All of those attending the Temple and many others attended. Later in the evening, the young couple was honored by their parents at a reception held in the Milford LDS Cultural Hall. The hall was beautifully decorated with pastel colors and bouquets of fresh daisys. A picket fence adorned with daisys and a wishing well decorated one end of the hall, while a backdrop of pastel hues was situated behind the Bridal Party. The Urge four tiered wedding cake was a work of art done in daisys and pastel roses, by Mrs. Bobbie James, of Milford. The Bride was lovely in a full length gown of tiered lace. A ruffle of lace complimented the unique neckline and also the fitted full length sleeves. Her hooped skirt with yards of lace was enhanced by more tiers of flowing flow-ing lace which comprised the chapel train. Her veil of nylon tulle trimmed with tiny daisys, fell from a lace caplet. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses and daisys. She wore her Aunt Kay's pearl and diamond necklace. Attending the bride was her sister, Tara, as Maid of Honor. r The Bridesmaids were Susan Carter, Debra Winn, Danna Gale, Julie Albrecht, Cherie Hiatt and Susan Weis. They wore full length gowns of sheer fabric im -printed with daisys. Tricia and Tonya Gale, the bride's sisters, dressed in identical blue pastel dresses also with daisys and - carried tiny baskets of daisys which they scattered across the floor as the bride and groom began the Wedding Waltz. The Mothers of the bride and groom wore identical identi-cal full length gowns of aqua blue and corsages of off-white off-white rose buds. Bruce Carter attended his brother as Best Man, and the brothers of the bride and groom ushered. They in -eluded Lynn, Melvin, Mark and Gayle Carter, and Brad and Brian Gale. The theme of pastels and daisys was carried out in the Relief Society Room, where the tables were covered with pastels under lace. On each table was a doll cake, made and decorated by the bride's mother, to resemble each of the bridesmaids and flower girls. Delicious refreshments were served to the guests. Those serving were members of Nancy's Primary Class. Miss Cindy Jones was at the guest book and Mrs. Kathy Gale, Mrs. Kay Thornley, Miss Kathy Gale and Cherice Gale assisted with the gifts. A program honoring the couple was announced by Ronald Gale. All of the brothers and sisters of both the bride and groom participated except Tonya who went to sleep before her part! After a week long honeymoon to Flaming Gorge and other northern Utah areas, the couple are making their first home in Milford.
