Show Feedback Dear Red, Enclosed find a picture pic-ture from your paper, March 10, 1977. If you or your photographer still have the negative, I would like to buy or rent it. I think you have the best photographer in the state. I would like to get the negative so I could enlarge it. Please send this photo back. Thank you very kindly. Your paper did an excellent job covering the Region Tournament. Hope you still have the negative. Sincerely, Arban Hanks Dear Red: Your service to the people of your section of Utah is admirable ad-mirable in that you get information in-formation direct from Utah Congressional delegations and pass it on to your readers. Enclosed is a short article about a humorous happening on the public lands south of Hawthorne, that you might want to print. The ghost of P LUC lingers on, Red. The bill in the legislature of Nevada for the state to take ownership of the public lands is in robust good health, being nurtured by our friend, Senator Richard Blackmore, from Tonopah. We have not made any noise about this, but it is time to let the people in the West know that a definite action has been started to institute a lawsuit in the federal courts to have the entire Organic Act declared unconstitutional in the federal feder-al courts. Preliminary to the law 1 suit, we are asking a "permanent "per-manent injunction to prevent any government agency from 1 attempting to enforce any provision of the Organic Act until a determination is made 1 in the federal courts as to I the constitutionality of the Organic Act. Any people in your area who , are ... interested :iin learning more about this lawsuit, are invited to write me. I will then send the send the answers to you for pub- lications so that more people may be informed. Sincere best regards, Melbert P. Molyneux |
