Rex and Susan Su-san Harrison and children, Salt Lake City, Mike and Bit -sy Cahoon and daughters, Orem, Paul and Barbara Yardley, Cedar City, Mike and Sherrie Yardley, and daughter, Micheala, St. George, and Mike's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Cahoon, Payson. Mrs. Rosalie Cook was happy for the visit of her family from Wednesday until un-til Sunday. Betty and Jim -my Wright and children of Ogden. Jimmy is working here in Milford. Betty and family came down to be with him and mom for the Easter Eas-ter vacation. Bill and Shirley. Stewart have a friend, Mike Lange, from Sun Valley, Nevada with them this week. Opal Walker was released from the Milford Hospital Monday after a weeks stay. Daughter, Deanna, and husband, hus-band, Linus Leppink, and children, Cindy, Leany,Ryan and Christine, came down to stay with their father, The-man The-man during the Easter vacation va-cation and to visit with Opal at the hospital. Other visitors vis-itors of Opal's were Art and Darlene Talbot and their daughter, Darla Tasso, and baby, Christina, of Delta, Elwin and Carol Marquard-son, Marquard-son, and sons, Dale and Dar-rin, Dar-rin, and Margie and Hod Gale all of Cedar City. Mr. and Mrs. Gail Van Tassell had a brother of Elva's, Norman Abbott, and wife, Kerrie, come to visit for a few days visit last Wednesday. On Saturday the group went down to Lake Mead for a fun day. Last Wednesday evening Doyle and Alta Sly motored to Enoch to visit with sister, sis-ter, Zelma Alger. Saturday Clifford and Sylvia Syl-via Ann Bradshaw and daughters daugh-ters joined in the Merrill Moody family of Salt Lake and the Sherm Myers family of Milford for a family fun day at St. George. Bert and Merlin Merry -weather had their granddaughters, grand-daughters, Mary and Elaine Coon and a friend of Mary's visit them over the weekend. Robert and Linda Merrywea-ther Merrywea-ther and family also visited this weekend. They also visited in Granger Gran-ger with daughter, Colleen and Tracy Nielsen, and daughter. Then on to Idaho Ida-ho for a short visit with Russell Lee and Susan and children. Mr. and Mrs. Max Price have had their sister, Jerry, and husband, Wally Croft, from California for a visit from Friday until Sunday afternoon. They brought their mother, Mrs. Clara Bidgood back and she will be with the ' Prices for a while. Mr. and Mrs. John Bailey and all of their children, except one son, Jim, had a family get together Saturday Satur-day in Zions Park for an Easter outing. Here were Virginia and Neil Bradshaw and children, Kerns, Pat and Caroline and family, Cedar City, Bruce and Bonnie Dal-ton, Dal-ton, and family, Hatch, Kenny and MaryAnn and boys, Phillip Phil-lip and wife and daughter, Milford, Ron and Judy-, and children of SantaClara, Larry Lar-ry and Mary Beth of Min-ersville. Min-ersville. Jim and Margie Sherwood spent the Easter weekend in Tooele with children, Linda foutk Helen Gillins 387-2612 This Easter vacation has been a time for family get togethers. Bob and Jill Puffer and family with Rick's girlfriend, girl-friend, Laurel Lounsbury, enjoyed Saturday at Veyo, along with Ven and La-Rayne La-Rayne Myers, Minersvllle and the Scott and Joyce Pearson family, swimming and picnicing. They came home by way of St. George. Duane and Maurine Yard -ley had all their children home with their families for Mrs. James (Barbara) Mayer underwent backsur--gery last Wednesday at the Utah Valley Hospital In Provo. Pro-vo. Jim reports that she is doing well. Visiting her at the hospital have been her children, Allen and Shaunna Mayer, Margie and Hod Gale and son, Steve, Deanna and Linus Leppink called in on their way home Sunday. Jimmy Jim-my took their daughter, Adrianne Whittaker, up this Tuesday for a visit with Mom. Mr. andMrs. Spencer Gray and children of Las Vegas visited with the JoeandVer-lene JoeandVer-lene Yardley family this Easter Eas-ter weekend. Verlene is a sister of Spencer's. Forence Barnes has had her sister, Mary Singleton, of Caliente for several days visiting. Her niece and husband, hus-band, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Ruggles, Carson City, Nevada Ne-vada and Mr. and Mrs. Shorty Laffoon of Beaver were also visitors. Mr. andMrs. RussellMay-er RussellMay-er were in Salt Lake on business bus-iness this past weekend. and John Conway and family. We had a short letter from Jennie Sue (Smith) and Thurmond Thur-mond Anderson, Redondo Beach, California telling us of a new son making his arrivial January 19th, 1978. This is their fifth child. He will be named Peter George, after his grandfathers, George Smith, South Milford, and the late Andus Peter Anderson. Our weekend visitors were Louise McKnight and girls, Nicole and Natelee, from Las Vegas, and on Friday evening Lorraine and Nona Gillins came. Keith, Connie Con-nie and boys from Fillmore spent a few hours with us, too. Monday Clair and Helen Gillins had a very special surprise with a visit from Clair's nephew, BudZabris-kee, BudZabris-kee, and son from Michigan. His sister, Verle Horton, was with them . He was here for a visit with Verle and father, fath-er, Sheldon (Shay) Zabriskee, at the Milford Hospital. It has been several years since Clair had seen Bud. |
