Show i 3 v . 1 " t V t t . Connie Jo Hepworth Matheson appoints 4 to Fine Arts The Utah State Division of Fine Arts board has four new members as well as a new chairman. Governor Scott M. Matheson Mathe-son appointed Walter G. Smith, Carol Conroy Browning, Brown-ing, JoAnn Freed and Edward L. Hart to serve four -year terms. The board elected Ms. Hepworth, a member since 1973, as its chairman replacing Daniel Martino. The new members join the other eight board members mem-bers in meetings twice monthly at the division offices, of-fices, 609 E. South Temple. The board's new chairman, Connie Jo Hepwrth, is a well-known well-known dance educator and currently teaches at East High School. She holds an M.A. degree from the University Uni-versity of Utah and has served on several national arts committees as a dance consultant and movement specialist. . |
