Marybelle Eyre has accepted ac-cepted a job in Salt Lake with the F.H.A. in their state office. The Eyres have bought a home in the city and Marybelle reported to work on the 5th of Jan. Her husband Garold and son Rodney Rod-ney will stay here until school is out in the spring, then they will move there. Wednesday morningAland Theone Mosher left for Calif, where they will visit their daughter of Clarence and Be mice Gillins, underwent surgery Monday in the Beaver Beav-er Hospital. Kendall and Becky Eyre of Salt Lake visited their parents, par-ents, Garold and Marybelle Eyre, over the weekend. Richard Albrecht was sworn in as a trustee for Minersville Town, Friday. Richard was chosen by the other board members to replace re-place Keith Dotson. Mike Gillins was in Provo Friday to attend the BYU basketball game and to visit friends. Vance Wood, Hurricane, visited Saturday and Sunday with his parents, Floyd and Beulah Wood. Douglas and Susan Albrecht Al-brecht announce the birth of a baby girl born Jan. 11 in the Cedar City hospital and weighing 8 lbs. 10 ozs. Friday evening the Don Hutchinson family were baptised bap-tised into the LDS Church. A short program was given with a talk by Normand Thompson of Milford, Jetta Larsen played a few numbers num-bers on the piano, three songs were sung by the group invited to attend. Odell Thompson baptised Don and Iva Dell and Elder Riggs baptised Cynthia andSherry, daughters of Don and Iva Dell Hutchinson. Daisel Davis confirmed each one a member mem-ber of the church. Cynthia Gillins, daughter--of Wayne and Merle Gillins, celebrated her 8th birthday Saturday, Jan. 10th with a party to which her little friends were invited. Cynthia was 8 on the 29th of Dec, but waited until now to have her party. Wayne and Merle Gillins went to Salt Lake Sunday to visit Don and Kathy Stoddard Stod-dard and to be there Monday Mon-day when Kathy will undergo under-go surgery. They will bring the Stoddard children home and care for them until their mother is well again.
