Route No. 351 from 3 plus milesNorth-west milesNorth-west of Minersville Northwesterly North-westerly 4.4 plus miles toward to-ward Milford identified as Federal Aid Project No.RS-0351(1) No.RS-0351(1) 1st Contract. The lenght of road to be constructed or improved is 4.373 miles, and the principal prin-cipal items of work are approximately ap-proximately as follows: 15,700 Cu. Yds. of Granular Gran-ular Borrow, 16,300 Tons of Untreated Base Course (34" Maximum) and 11,-200 11,-200 Tons of Road Mix Mineral Min-eral Aggregate - 34" Maximum (in Stockpile). The project is to be completed com-pleted on or before May 15, 1975. Prequalification of bidders bid-ders is required. Prior to any bidder's receiving plans and specifications, it will be necessary that the bidder have on file with the State Road Commission of Utah completed and approved, the required Pre -qualification Statement pertaining to contractor's con-tractor's experience and financial fi-nancial condition. The attention of bidders is directed to the Special Provisions Pro-visions covering subletting or assigning the contract. In conformity with the Federal -aid Highway Act of 1968 the U.S. Department of Labor has certified the wage rates for this project which are the minumum wages to be paid on this project. These rates are made a part of the contract documents. The attention of bidders is directed to the fact that this Commission has been advised ad-vised by the Wage and Hour Division, U.S. Departmentof Labor, that contractors engaged en-gaged in highway construction construc-tion work are required to meet the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, (52 Stat. 1060). .
