They also authorized $5,085 for pews in the court room. He told them the contractor contract-or was a month to six weeks behind schedule, due largely to factory back-order on doors. Bill Dudley and Clair Lee of the 5-County AOG Advertising Adver-tising Committee requested authorization to allocate 33 of the room tax monies to the 5 -County Advertising budget. Dudley said this was the ratio being used by the other counties. They said the 5 -County advertising budget had increased from $34,000 last year to $42,000 this year. The Commissioners referred the matter to the County AdvertislngCommit-tee AdvertislngCommit-tee for a recommendation. The Beaver County Commission Com-mission , in an effort to cut unnecessary overtime from the County road crews, authorized au-thorized a resolution to specify spe-cify just what overtime is authorized. They also approved changes chang-es recommended by the architect in the milling work on the courthouse. They had Instructed him to cut the fat from the original bid of $36,-000 $36,-000 to under $20,000, and he had complied. "Red" Wilson asked what steps the Commissioners were taking to get the Mil-ford-Minersville road re-bid re-bid as soon as possible. They stated they had done all they could, and the request re-quest was back on file with the State Road Commission by Friday after the bids were rejected on Wednesday.
