Show IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH SUMMONS WANDA H. KUHN, Plaint.:ff, vs. QUADMETALS MINING COMPANY, COM-PANY, a Utah Corporation; FRANCIS L. DAILY, last known director of said corporation; corpor-ation; and all other persons unknown, un-known, claiming any right, title, estate or interest in or lien upon the real property described de-scribed in the pleading, adverse to the complainant's ownership, owner-ship, or clouding her title thereto, Defendants. THE STATE OF UTAH TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS: DEFEN-DANTS: You are hereby summoned and required to file, with the Clerk of the above entitled Court, an answer in writing to a complaint filed with the Clerk of the above entitled Court, and to serve upon or mail to Cline, Jackson & Jackson, Jack-son, plaintiffs attorneys, whose address is Milford, Utah, a copy of said answer within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said complaint which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court and you may there obtain a copy. This is an action to recover a judgment quieting title in the plaintiff and against the said defendants to the following follow-ing described real property and mining claims situated in the County of Beaver, State of Utah, and more particularly de-6cribed de-6cribed as follows, to-wit: All lands comprising the Quadmetals Group of Lode Mining Claims consisting of: The Stepmother Homestake and Anchor Lode claims, U.S. Survey or Lot No. 5112; Rattler Rat-tler Lode Mining Claim, U.S. Lot No. 45; Carbonate Lode Mining Claim, U.S. Lot No. 52; Morning Star Lode Mining Min-ing Claim, U.S. Lot No. 50; East half of Anchor No. 2 Lode Mining Claim, U.S. Survey Sur-vey No. 5118; Frisco Mill Site, Survey No. 41A, and Old Frisco Smelter Site Mining Min-ing Claim.
