Following their honeymoon, the newlyweds will rside in Provo where they will complete their education. The groom is a senior at Brigham Young University, Uni-versity, and his bride is in her junior year there. Mrs. Jerald L. Jensen CEREMONY IN SALT LAKE FOR JENSEN-YOUNG In ceremonies Wed.nesday in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, Kathlyn Young, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ross A. Young of Granger, became the bride of Jerald L. (Jerry) Jensen, son of Mrs. Thelma W. Jensen of Provo, and the late Clarence N. Jensen, who are former residents resi-dents of Milford. The couple was honored at a reception that evening in the Granger 21st Ward Cultural Hall. The bride was lovely in a gown fashioned by her mother. The dress was of delustered satin sat-in with skirt softly gathered to the bodice at an empire waistline. waist-line. The " leg -of- mutton " sleeves, high collar, front bodice, bod-ice, and skirt were trimmed with embroidered medallions and ruffled lace. Her floor length veil was elegent with matching medallions and lace. She carried a bouquet of white of white rosebuds. Karen Young, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Caro lyn Jensen and Mrs. Linda Bringhurst served as bridesmaids. brides-maids. Little Janet Young attended at-tended as junior bridesmaid. All were in gowns of purple crepe with short puff sleeves, empire waistlines, and over-skirts over-skirts of sheer lavender and turquoise floral organza. Lynn Jensen, brother of the groom, was best man, with Jim Gammett as head usher. Boyd Jensen stood in the receiving line with his mother and Jeanne Bizelle was at the brides book. Earlier in the day, the mother of the groom was hostess at a tastefully appointed wedding breakfast held in the Coral Room at the Hotel Temple Square. Pre-nuptial showers were given the bride by Mrs. Linda Bringhurst and Miss Karen Young. The couple was further feted |
