Mrs. Florence Barren is in charge of Mrs. White's house, a Dr. and Mrs. Lloyd Kohler are caring for their 14 month old granddaughter, Jill Marie, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ned Kohler, while Jill's mother is spending a week in St. Louis Mo. Rev. and Mrs. Jim Sloan attended a Council on United Church Women at the First Presbyterian Church in Ogden last Friday. Rev. Sluan was thi: jst speaker. Sly of Hemct, Calif., were returning return-ing from the West Mountains deer area, and assisted in helping a truck and trailer bouse rollo-ver accident in Wah Wah Valley. Victims of the accident, Mr. and Mrs. L. A. Vaillancourt of Richmond, Calif., were not injured. a Dale W. Sly of the BYU visited his uncle and aunt, Mr. and Mrs. Thurland D. Sly, during dur-ing the deer hunt. A DAUGHTER, weighing G lbs 2 oz, was born Oct. 29 in Salt Lake to Don and Nancy Hudson. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. R. B. Price. e Robert Davis, Milford car inspector, is now working in Las Vegas. His wife Beverly will remain in Milford for the present. Banbara Workman of Ogden spent the week end with her stepfather and mother, Mr. and Mrs. Grant Mellor. Karen's Beauty Shop has moved to her new location at 157 West 500 South. Merritt Beard plans to work for the Union Pacific in Salt Lake, starting the latter part of November. He was a hostler at the local roundhouse. His wife Naia will remain here for a while. |
