Show diverted from three wells as follows: No. 1 (71-1081) N. 40 ft. and W. 25 ft. from Ey4 Cor. Sec. 13, No. 2 (71-1086) N. 25 ft. and E. 25 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 13. No. 3 (71-1842) N. 90 ft. and E. 80 ft. from SVi Cor. Sec. 13, all in T29S, R11W. The water has been used for domestic do-mestic purposes of two families, stockwatering of 75 cattle, and from Apr. 1 to Nov. 1 for irrigation irri-gation of 546.6 acs. All uses in said Sec. 13. Hereafter, 2189.96 ac.-ft. of water is to be diverted from any, each or all of three wells as follows: No. 1 and No .3 the same as heretofore; No. 2 a 16-in. well 300-500 ft. deep at a point N. 1150 ft. and E. 50 ft. from SV4 Cor. Sec. 13, T29S, R11W, and used during the same periods for domestic and stockwatering as before, for supplemental irrigation of 040 acs., limited to sole supply of 46.6 acs., within said Sec. 13. Protests resisting the granting grant-ing of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, En-gineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before June 22, 1968.
