Show THIS WEEK IN MINERS VILLE As Reported By GWEN IRYOR The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Fails of St. George was named Michelle when she was blessed in Sacrament meeting meet-ing Sunday. Jeffrey Max Williams, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Williams, was confirmed a member of the LDS Church. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Pryor received word that his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Pryor of Hollister, Calif., will leav e for the Bahamas to visit their son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Pryor and children. 9 Mervin and Ada Griffiths left Wednesday for Las Vegas to visit their children, Mr. and Mrs. David Willden, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Griffiths. After Christmas they will spend the winter in Caliiorna. t Mrs. Olive (Roberts) Williams, Wil-liams, former Minersville resident, resi-dent, underwent major surgery in the LDS Hospital in Salt Lake. She is reported recuperating recuper-ating satisfactorily. C Dan Davis, who suffered a fractured vertebrae in an accident, ac-cident, has been placed in a brace and is now able to walk. Peggy Davis and her mother, Mrs. Eva Davis, are now at home. Peggy recently underwent under-went ear surgery in Salt Lake, e Ross Kelsey is a patient in the Veterans Hospital in Salt Lako. Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Hol-lingshead Hol-lingshead and Mr. and Mrs. Delmer Gray attended Temple sessions Friday in St. George and visited Mrs. Gray's father, I. H. Lamb . |
