Show KESLER GOLDEN WEDDING WAS GALA AFFAIR The Golden Wedding observance observ-ance of Mr. and Mrs .Delmer Kesler was a most impressive and iwell-planned affair, given iby their children on Saturday, Nov. 25. More than 150 guests attended, and the Keslers received re-ceived many telephone calls and cards from friends and relatives. rel-atives. Small cakes and punch were served from a table laden with gold chrysanthemums and yellow yel-low roses. Pouring were Mrs. Thelma Gillins and Mrs. Lucy Reese. A beautiful three-tiered cake was decorated in white and gold. An interesting program was presented, during which Mrs. Vera Bond cleverly gave the Keslers' biography. Children attending included Loreen Kersh, Dave and Sharon Shar-on Humphries and Mary Jane Edwards .Salt Lake; Ann Bolton, Bol-ton, Kathleen Jones and Fred Kesler, Milford; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Kesler, Adamsville; Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Wade and Sandy, San-dy, Downey, Calif.; Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Roper, and Mr. and Mrs. Bill Ward, and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Farnsworth, Ely, and their children; Other out of town relatives attending included Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Pendl and Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Blackner, Salt Lake; Mr. and Mrs. Stan Bied-elman, Bied-elman, Mrs. Shirley Morrison and son, California; Mr. and Mrs. Carl Bradshaw and Anita, Duckwater, Nev.; Mr. and Mrs. Glen Blackner and Arthur Blackner and Maurine, Greenville; Green-ville; and special friends Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Willetts, Salt Lake. The Kesler children presented present-ed their parents with matching gold bands centered with diamonds. |
