Truman and Mr. Walt : Messinger. Mrs. Alta Kelsey is in Salt Lake for medical treatment. O Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Moser and four children of Provo were week end visitors at the home of her mother, Mrs. Daisy Gillins. Mr. and Mrs. Oral (Doc) Griffiths of Salt Lake visited her mother, Mrs. Etta Rollins and other relatives and friends, e Mr. and Mrs. Alton Marshall Mar-shall and Mrs. Rema Limb were in Salt Lake because of the illness of Mr. Marshall and Mrs. Limb's sister, Mrs. Joan Ashworth of Ely. i. Mr. and Mrs. Dohn Martin were in Springville visiting I her sister, Mr. and Mrs. Pat , Dotson, and they also visited their son and daughter in law, Mr. and Mrs. Kent Martin In Montpelier, Idaho. A birthday party ivas given for Jeff, Rickie and Scott Tuesday at the home of thier parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmie Williams. O Ronald and LaNeva Banks have returned from Enterprise where they-visited, his son, Mr. and Mrs.. Bob Banks. Jule and Althea Gillins were called to Salt Lake tc care for the family of Mr, and Mrs. Ray Gillins while Mrs. Gillins underwent an emergency emergen-cy appendectomy. They returned re-turned Tuesday. O Chuck Martin and his hew wife were here visiting his grandmother, Mrs, Charles Craw, and other relatives and friends. They were house guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Craw. Fred Dafton and friends of Las Vegas will join Brose Dal-ton Dal-ton of Mesa, Ariz., to hunt deer in the Parowan area. 9 A joint birthday party was given for Jolyn Dotson, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. Ruben Dotson, and Lacy Marshall, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Marshall, at the Marshall home. Forty-five children attended at-tended the affair. Three year old Todd McMul-lin McMul-lin enjoyed a birthday party at the home of his parents, Mr. and. Mrs. Jack McMullin, on Monday, Oct. 16. Seventeen boys and girls attended. O Mr. and Mrs. Bill Fails of St. George have a new daughter. daugh-ter. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Dalton Fails, and Mr. and ' Mrs. Gerald Vickers of Beav- d Dalton Fails and daughter, Mrs. Judy Erickson, celebrated celebrat-ed their birthdays together last Saturday. Here for the occasion were Doug and Judy Erickson and children of Bea ver; Bill Fails of St. George, and Mrs. Dalton Fails. They enjoyed a day in the hills. Mrs. Evelyn Warby of Beaver Bea-ver and Mr. and Mrs. Mervin Edwards and LaVan Griffiths attended the wedding reception in Wells, Nev., Wednesday, for Mr. and Mrs. Bob Griffiths Grif-fiths Mr. and Mrs. Spence Eyre ! have moved here from Cedar City and have their trailer house parked at Ern's Trailer Court. Mr. Eyre is employed I at the Phillips Service Station. ' e Mr. and Mrs, Feank Bolough of Los Angeles and Mr, and , Mrs. Denzel Craw of San Diego are here for the deer hunt, staying at the home of ' the men's stepfather nad mother, moth-er, Mr. and Mrs, Randall Eanks. They will visit other rleatives and friends in Min-ersville Min-ersville and Milford. Frank Carter is at home after undergoing back surgery in Salt Lake. S Mr, and Mrs. Lyle Corbridge of Ridgecrest, Calif,, is here visiting relatives and friends. Frank and Marilyn Kelsey and Larry and Louise Beiitley, all of San Fernando, Calif., are here visiting Mrs, Kelsey's mother, Mrs. Ludi Richards, and the parents of Mr. Kelsey and Mrs. Bentley, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Kelsey. e Lincoln Camp, DUP, met at the home of Mrs. Effie Marshall Mar-shall last Monday. Mrs. Beu-lah Beu-lah Wood gave the lesson on the LDS Tabernacle in Salt Lake. Others attending were Mrs. Amanda Nolder, Mrs. Edith Bradfield, Mrs. Cassie McKnight, Mrs. Bessie Pearson and daughter Wynona, and Mrs. Eulalia Davis, Members of Susan Camp, DUP, were entertained this month at the home of Mrs. Lucy Williams. Terms of two town council-men, council-men, Thurman Eyre and Leon Thompson, will expire December Decem-ber 31. O Mrs. Ethel Baker ' of Call-ente, Call-ente, mother of Mrs. Raul Pearson, and Mrs. Pearson's sister, Mrs, Carolyn Mclnelly and children of California, recently re-cently visited Mr. and Mrs. Pearson.
