Show INSTITUTE ON WATER SLATED How to develop a water or a-waste-water project will t3 highlighted at the fourth annual an-nual Management Institute for Water and Sewer Districts and Municipalities, according to Grant Esplin, Beaver County Agent. The institute will be held on the Utah Slate University campus, cam-pus, March 9 and 10. The institute in-stitute will bs helpful to project proj-ect planners who are seeking to develop, modify, improve or change water or waste-water systems. Planning, employment of a consulting firm, construction construc-tion responsibility, and financing financ-ing will be discussed. Other institute discussions will include human relations, manpower management, personnel per-sonnel motivation, supervisory concepts and managerial techniques. tech-niques. Tort-liability legislation legisla-tion will also be covered, as will computer services, the Utah State Water Plan, and business trends for 19G7. |
