She was a former resident of Miners-ville. Miners-ville. She was born Sept. 26, 1923 in Minersville to Lorin Elisha and Ethel Booth Goff. Married Lewis Collins, Calif. She was a WAC during WW 11. Member, LDS church. Survivors Include her husband; hus-band; brothers, sisters, Kay Goff, Ogden; Lorin J. Goff, Minersville; Mi-nersville; Steve Goff, Roy; James Goff, Boulder City,Nev.; Mrs. Van (Colleen)Arrant, Sunset; Sun-set; Mrs. Leslie CBetty) Flagg, Rolling Prairie, Ind Funeral was held in the Minersville Mi-nersville School and burial in Minersville Cemetery. Housatonic" in Charleston Harbor in 1864. But the "Hunley" - a converted steam boiler propelled by seven men turning hand cranks also was sunk by the explosion. |
