Show wm 1 1 mJT'"- T- " Visiting Floyd and Ann Bird last week were their children, Ann Michelle and son Kimie of North Hollywood, her fiance, George Murray and Todd Bird and Rick Bird who are employed employ-ed in Salt Lake City. John and Betty Jimenez and four children were in Salt Lake City on business last Saturday. They also visited relatives in the city. Out-of-town guests at the home of Maureen Miller, to attend at-tend the wedding of her daughter daugh-ter Kathy and Will Acklin were her daughters, Connie Miller-of St. George, Joy and Steve Tur-pin Tur-pin of Salt Lake and paternal grandmother, Ella Nagely of Salt Lake; maternal grandfather, grandfa-ther, Alma Banks of Manti, Rose Lee Banks of Orem; Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Banks, Mr. and Mrs. Monty Banks, Ruth Abegglen and family, Gladys Banks, all of Salt Lake City. Also attending were Will's father fa-ther and mother, Tom and Lisa Acklin of Salt Lake and sisters Dorothy and Charley Craw and Linda and a friend from Las Vegas. Visiting the Sherm Myers family this weekend were Janice's Jan-ice's sister and family, Joyce and Merrill Moody and children of Murray, Utah. Ron and Gayle Gale attended attend-ed a Utah Peace Officers Pistol Pis-tol Committee Planning Meeting Meet-ing and dinner last Wednesday in Nephi. Hy and Pearl Tolley visited with friends, Mr. and Mrs. C. M. Casterline of Dillon, Mont. The Casterlines spent the winter win-ter in 'Arizona and were en-route en-route to their home in Dillon. Mr. Casterline was the express agent in Milford many years ago. Calvin Thompson and family spent the weekend visiting his father, Frank and Madge Thompson. Calvin and family reside in Salt Lake. Also, visiting visit-ing the Thompsons were his sister and brother-in-law, Clyde and Tillie Mapes of Cedar City. Jean Hanley, accompanied by her sons, Kevin and Mike of Salt Lake, attended the wedding wed-ding of her nephew in Rupert, Idaho last week. They enjoyed visiting Jean's sisters and brothers bro-thers and families. Returning home, Jean stopped off in Salt Lake for a few days visit with her daughter and family, Carol and Stan Bouck and baby, Courtney. Doug and Joann Killam of North Salt Lake spent the week end in Milford at the home of his parents, Cecil and Jo Killam. They were here to help Doug's younger sister, Kriss, celebrate her birthday. The family including in-cluding the Ronnie Rose family enjoyed ice cream and cake in honor of Krissie. Visiting Bill and Edna Nichols Nich-ols this week, were Shirl and Dianne Nichols and children of Cedar City. George McCulley is recuperating recuper-ating at the home of his parents, par-ents, Walt and Mary, after undergoing un-dergoing surgery, following a jeep accident. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Beding- field left Wednesday for-Fayet-teville, Ark. where they plan to visit their daughter and family; fam-ily; from there they will travel to Parin, Fla. to visit a son and daughter-in-law and on to Key West. Fla. to visit friends. They will return thru New Orleans and back to Flagstaff, Ariz and then home. 1 |
