Show dence over the weekend were Jean's sister and her daughter, Delores Clackum and Kathy Claekum of Henderson, Nev. Mr. and Mrs. Art Cook and children went to Long Valley Sunday where Art has several men employed for him. Mr. and Mrs. Gail Parker and family spent Sunday visiting with Gail's mother, Ellen Heigh. Delores Quiroz is now employed em-ployed with the power crew and will be working down the valley. He as formerly employed employ-ed at the Wayne Gonder ranch. Jean Tripp spent the weekend week-end home visiting with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Georgie Tripp, in Lehi. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Layand were in Salt Lake Wednesday on business. The Callao Relief Society has been busy quilting all week Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Gonder and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bakeer were in Ely Wednesday to attend at-tend a power meeting. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Baker are the proud owners of a new Lincoln. Lin-coln. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Timm were in Cedar City last Friday to keep a dental appointment. They were accompanied by Barbara Rowley and son Rett. Garrison graduation was held Monday evening at the Baker church. Those graduating were Bill Ward, Kayleen Dearden, Ron Eldridge and Roger Fair-cloth. Fair-cloth. Garrison-Baker primary picnic pic-nic was held Wednesday at Lehman Caves campground. Mr. and Mrs. LaVon Rowley and son Rett visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dell Young Sunday evening and enjoyed en-joyed a delicious pizza. Jean and Patsy Baker spent the weekend home. Dennis Schlabsz spent the weekend visiting with Patsy at the Martin Baker residence. Also Al-so visiting at the Baker resi- Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Timm were in Salt Lake Monday and Tuesday of last week. Mr. and Mrs. Gayland Sabey and two chilnren spent the weekend visiting in Callao with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dor-sey Dor-sey Sabey. Charlie Timm and grandson Corey were in Salt Lake over the weekend. Gary stayed to find employment there. Charlie returned Tuesday. He js present ly working in Gold Hill for Blake Probart, Mr. and Mrs. Nick Zakis were in Salt Lake Monday on business. Leo Lee spent a week visiting visit-ing with his wife Merna Lee and family in Lehi. Jim Layland left for Denver, Colo, last week on a new Job assignment. Mr. and Mrs. A. A. Christen-gen Christen-gen were in Salt Lake Monday. IrJ Timm was in Delta Friday Fri-day to visit with his family and bring his son Ray-' mond home for the weekend. Dennis Timm spent the night with Mr. and Mrs. Richard Timm. LaVon Rowley left Monday for Alpine to spend the week working up there with Dale Booth. |
