Show ORDINANCE NO. 109 AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of the premises within the corporate limits of the City of Milford in Beaver County, Utah, and which premises are a portion of the premises commonly com-monly known and called the Campbell Millsite and sometimes some-times known and called the South Park, to-wit: BE IT ORDAINED by the' City Council of Milford, Utah: Section 1. That the portion of said Campbell Millsite and located within the corporate limits of the City of Milford, in Beaver County, Utah, and more particularly hereinafter described, be, and the same is, hereby declared to be vacated as any part or portion of any public park or public grounds of the City of Milford, and shall from and after the effective ef-fective date of this Ordinance no longer be ope nto the pub- lie as either a public park or public grounds, or to be considered con-sidered as a part thereof. Section 2. That the portion being so vacated as" aforesaid is more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point which bears North 9 deg. 53 min. East 225 feet from the southwest south-west corner of Lot 5, Block 12, Amended Survey Plat "B," Milford Townsite Sur- -vey, thence running North 9 deg. 53 min. East 235 feet; thence South 80 deg. 07 min. East 75 feet; thence South 9 deg. 53 min. West 235 feet; thence North 80 deg. 07 min. West 75 feet to the place of beginning. Section 3. It is hereby de-lared de-lared by the said City Council that the vacation of the premises prem-ises more particularly heretofore hereto-fore described will not be detrimental det-rimental to the general interest inter-est and not deemed necessary or require das a public park J or public grounds. Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force on and after publication. Passed by the City Council of the City of Milford, Utah, this 42th day of May, 1964. Voting For: Three.
