Show COMMUNITY EFFORTS OF POSTS DETERMINE EFFECTIVENESS OF NATIONAL ORGANIZATION Natl Comdr Dan Foley, in the December issue of The American Legion Magazine, notes that the effectiveness effective-ness of The Legion as a whole is based upon the community com-munity efforts of individual Legion Posts. In an article entitled "Where We Stand or Fall," Commander Foley explains that post community efforts provide the basis for the organization's good name and influence.
