Show Services Held Monday For James H. Atkin Funeral services ' for James Henry Atkin, 89, who died Wednesday, June 20, of complications com-plications after a fall, were conducted Monday afternoon in the Milford LDS Church. The prayer at the mortuary, preceding the services, was offered of-fered by Max O. Williams. Prelude and postlude music were by Edna Nichols. Jesse Long was in charge of the services, which were as follows: j Invocation, LaMar Grimshaw. Song, "Beyond the Sunset," Shirleen Barnes and Ramona Smith, accompanied by Mar-jorie Mar-jorie Mecham. Obituary, Rudolph Nielsen. Song, "In the Garden," Josephine Jose-phine Killam and Jerry Kirk, accompanied by Letha Smyth. Remarks, Carl C. Goodwin. Song, "Going Home," Lamar Lund, accompanied by Margaret Mar-garet Ann Whittaker. Remarks, Mr. Long. Benediction, David A. Tanner. Tan-ner. The grave in Mountain View Cemetery at Beaver was dedicated dedi-cated by Deward Nay. Flowers were arranged by the Relief Society. Pallbearers were Max Baxter, Bax-ter, Harold Baxter, Larry Kinross, Kin-ross, Alton Atkin, LaVar Atkin, At-kin, Albert Atkin and Leonard Muir. Those attending from out of the county included Mr. and Mrs. Max O. Williams and family of Magna; Mrs. Ralph Tanner of Whittier, Calif.: Mrs. Marjorie Fackrell of Ely, Nev.; Mr. and Mrs. William H. Rice of California and Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Nilsson of Las Vegas. |
