Show Mr. and Mrs. Robert Col-born Col-born have returned to Milford to make their home, after living liv-ing for several months in Bak-ersfield, Bak-ersfield, Calif. O Mr. and Mrs. Leland Beard and Mrs. Hilda Shields attended attend-ed funeral services in Fillmore Wednesday for Mayor Alonzo Richard Beauregard, brother in law of Mrs. Beard, who was killed last Saturday in an auto accident. Milford PERSONALS Mrs. Dorothy Kinzley is now living in the Rowley Apartments. Apart-ments. Mr. and Mrs. Arleigh Cam-peau Cam-peau have moved into the house they recently purchased from Mr. and Mrs. Myron Persons. 9 Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Persons Per-sons and children have moved to Townsville, Mont. Mr. and Mrs. Myron Persons assisted them in moving, and are now living in the former Melvin Persons home. Ambrose Bradshaw has purchased pur-chased the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arleigh Campeau. Mr. and Mrs. George Baxter Bax-ter are back in Milford after spending the winter in Ashland, Ash-land, Ore. Accompanying the Baxters home were Mr. and Mrs. Henry Countrymen and Mrs. Veda Goodell of Mithaw, Wash. The ladies are nieces of Mr. and Mrs'. Baxter. Mrs. Eliza Gunn of Beaver, who has just returned from California where she spent the winter, is now with her sister, Mrs. Jane Lang. Richard and Cora Jones are back in Milford after doing Temple work in St. George during the winter. Word has been received that Blaine Nichols, son of Mr. and Mrs. Shirl Nichols, who is serving a mission in Mexico, recently underwent an appendectomy. appen-dectomy. Mr. and Mrs. Val Thompson of Tooele and Leland Thompson Thomp-son of Salt Lake were in Milford Mil-ford to be with their mother, Mrs. Earl Thompson, on her birthday. A family get-together was enjoyed. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Thompson Thomp-son have returned from California, Cali-fornia, where they visited Mr. and Mrs. DeLos Hollis in La Mirada and Mr. and Mrs. Roy McGinty in San Bernardino. Whil? there they enjoyed the horse races at Santa Anita ard visited Disneyland and other places of interest. Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Asay are living in the basement home formerly occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Vance Fisher. Mr. and Mrs. James Mash and three children of Scotts-dale, Scotts-dale, Ariz., spent three days at the home of Mrs. Mash's parents, Dr. and Mrs. Lloyd Kohler. They were en route to Salt Lake to visit friends and relatives. Also home at the same time was Ned Kohler Kohl-er who is attending the CSU. Dr. and Mrs. Lloyd F. Kohler Koh-ler are spending a few days in Las Vegas. Mr. and Mrs. Luis Jimenez Jr. and three daughters are spending two weeks at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Luis Jimenez Sr. He has been dscharged from the U S Air Force after five years' service. They stopped here en route to Fort Collins, Colo , where they plan to make their home. Mr. and Mrs. John Jimenez and family motored to Hurricane Hurri-cane last Tuesday to visit friends Mr. and Mrs. Joe Bir-rer, Bir-rer, former Milford residents, and to see their new son, born Feb. 22. Neal Maddox of Salt Lake plans to spend next week in Milford with his stepfather and mother, Mr. and Mrs. M. M. Treat. Mrs. Cynthia Lennox has returned re-turned to her home in Kansas City, Mo., after spending a month with her son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. W. P. Morford. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Horton are now living in their newly -purchased home, the former Roy Rogers home. Four Milford boys have joined the active National Guard. Gale Anderson and Neal Wise left with the St. George National Guard, and Denny Belliston and Paul McGinn Mc-Ginn with the Beaver National Nation-al Guard. All will be stationed station-ed at Fort Ord, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Lyman and Mrs. Faye Thompson and daughters, Sue Ann and Karen, Kar-en, attended funeral services at Mayfield for Albert F. Larson, Lar-son, father of Mrs. Lyman and grandfather of Mrs. Thompson. Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Winn are renting the former Ronald Ron-ald Gale home. Mr. and Mrs. Allen Arns of Salt Lake were at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Heber Myers. They also visited visit-ed relatives in Cedar City. Mrs .Myers accompanied the couple back to Salt Lake, and attended the Thursday basketball basket-ball game in Provo. She was joined by her husband and together to-gether they visited at the homes of their children, Mr. and Mrs. DeWayne Myers in Kaysville, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Ron-ald Blackner in Murray, and Mrs. RaNae Varley in Sandy. |
