Show Services Held in Milford for Mary Beard McCulley Funeral services were conducted con-ducted Thursday afternoon for Mrs. Mary Ann Beard McCulley, McCul-ley, 78, who died March 12 in Milford. The services, under direction of Leon Jones, were as follows: fol-lows: Pray at the mortuary, preceding pre-ceding the services, was offered of-fered by Kent Hanney. Prelude and postlude organ music, by Mrs. Shirl Nichols. Invocation, Ira M. Fisher. Solo, "Does Jesus Care," Bob Irmen, Baptist pastor, accompanied accom-panied by Susan McCulley. Obituary, Rudolph Nielsen. Vocal trio, "One Fleeting Hour," Mrs. Cecil Killam, Mrs. John Easton and Mrs. Alva J. Kirk, accompanied by Mrs. Powell Smyth. Remarks, J. C. Smith. Vocal solo, "Prayer Perfect," Lamar Lund, accompanied by Mrs. E. L. Smith. Benediction, Pastor Irmen. Pallbearers were Merritt Beard, Earl Beard, Cecil Killam, Kil-lam, Douglas Killam, Jack Bardsley and John Easton. Flowers were cared for by ladies of the Second Ward Relief Re-lief Society. The grave in the Milford City Cemetery was dedicated by Leon Jones. Mrs. McCulley was born Nov. 9, 1883, in South Norman-ton, Norman-ton, Derbyshire, England, to Charles and Rebecca Sother-ington Sother-ington Beard. She came to America with her parents in 1893, and they settled in Para-gonah, Para-gonah, moving to Milford in 1904. As a young girl she was employed em-ployed as a waitresi in the old mining town of Stateline. She attended the USAC at Logan. She married Arthur Frazier McCulley at Milford, April 4, 1905. He was employed as a telegrapher for the Union Pacific, Pa-cific, and later they operated (Continued on Page l'wc) Relatives attending the services serv-ices from out of town included Mr. and Mrs. Kent Hanney and family of Murray; Mr. and Mrs. E. She was active in LDS Church work in her younger days, and had served as counselor coun-selor in the Relief Society. Surviving are her husband, ten children: C. W. McCulley. W. A.
