Show MILFORD PERSONALS o Word has 'been received by Mrs. Hazel Moore that her sister, Mrs. Ruth G. Elam of Tombstone, Ariz., recently married Murney C. Acton of Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Acton is now living in Tombstone. 9 Attorney and Mrs. David F. Anderson An-derson and son Bryce of Salt Lake spent Christmas with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. G. Clay. They were en route to San Francisco, where Mr. Clay will assume Ills new duties as attorney for the Southern Pacific Association of Railroad Lawyers.' Mr. and Mrs. Bob Davis and chidlren of Ely, Nev., and Mr. and Mrs. Vaughn McDonald were holiday hol-iday callers at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Ferguson. Mrs. Davis remained in Milford to undergo un-dergo a major operation on Dec. 26 in the Beaver County Hospital. Mrs. Ferguson is caring for the Davis children. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Stewart, newlyweds who are making their home in Murray, were in Milford last week end. Mr. and Mrs. Ward Leech and children of Salt Lake were here with Mr. -Leech's parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Leech, over the holidays. holi-days. O Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stewart and family will move to Salt Lake in the near future. Mr. Stewart is now employed in Orem by Ken-necott Ken-necott Copper Corp. O Mr. and Mrs. Jess McKnight of South MiUord have moved to Sandy. They have sold their farm to Mr. and Mrs. Duane Yardley. Mr. and Mrs. DeLane Johnson were in Beaver County over the Christmas holidays, at the homes of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Neilsen in Beaver, and Mr. and Mrs. Nels Johnson in Milford. Sam Cline held the lucky ticket at the Corner Drug drawing on Christmas Eve. The prize was a serving table and other serving items. Mrs. Elsie Draper, accompanied accompa-nied by her son in law and daughter, daugh-ter, Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Bromley, motored from Aransas Pass, Tex., to Pleasant Grove to be with another an-other son in law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. D. Terry, on Christmas Christ-mas Day. After Christmas they drove to Milford, and after arrival here Mrs. Draper became ill with chicken pox. The Bromleys will remain until Mrs. Terry arrives to care for her mother. |
