Mr. Cain, who takes the place of Mr. Piatt, is well qualified for successfully teaching this subject, since he majored in politiical science, receiving his bachelor's degree from the University. Although "glad to be back", Mr. Cain confesses that he does not feel "at home". He attributes his failure to do so to the fact that Weber College has grown both in attendance and accomodations since he studied here. Mr. Cain has many enthuiastic plans for the development of "bigger and better" classes in the study of American Government during the winter and, possibly, spring quarters. He would like to arouse a sufficient amount of interest in related subjects to favor the innovation of a class in international relations.Weber is proud of this new teacher, who has a creditable record in scholastic achievement and in music. Wc expect much from him and will endeavor to make him feel more "at home". W WINTER FLYING INCREASES STATES DEAN R. She has received clipings from papers from coast to coast, as well as several from sunny Hawaii.
