Henrie, a physical education major, is from farm country in Delta, Utah 1 on the farm with his family when he returns to Delta to coach football. Henrie has found plenty of reasons to like Weber State since he arrived. His senior year he was the anchor of a strong offensive line that was the key to the success of the 8-4 Wildcat football team in 1991 that went to the play-offs. "Our offense was the best in the country, and that is something I will always be able to hang my hat on,". Henrie said. Henrie has also had some disappointmentswhile at WSU. The Utah players and coaches aren't sitting around their hoteld welling on their blowout loss to Portland in the opening game of the Western Conference finals. They've gone back to Salt Lake City to try to figure out how to cool off the blazing Trail Blazers. Portland's 113-88 romp Saturday in Game 1 left Jazz coach Jerry Sloan wondering what he can do to make it close in Tuesday night's Game 2. "We're going to see if we can get David Robinson, Hakeem Olajuwon and four or five other guys and see if we can play this team," Sloan said. The Jazz decided they'd rather spend Saturday and Sunday nights at home instead of at a hotel. Four days in Los Angeles during Utah's riot-delayed first-round series with the Clippers taught the Jazz a lesson, Sloan said. "Had we known the time and situation before it ca me up, we probably would have gone home then," he said. "It's very tough for guys to lay around that long, and we're not that far away." Besides, if the Utah players are home, what happened in their first Western Conference final playoff ga me ever might be easier to forget. 'This was a very embarrassing loss," Jeff Malone said. "We want to get home and get some rest, get a good practice." Sloan said there aren't many adjustments his team can make if the Blazers play the way they did in Game 1 .
