"Ghost" is playing at most dollar theaters! Patrick Swayze plays Sam Wheat and Demi Moore plays his love interest. The movie gets under way when Wheat discovers a slight problem with his computer at work. It seems that a very large sum of money is shown on an account where it shouldn't be. The game is afoot! Opening scenes also reveal a tender romance between Wheat and his lover Molly Jensen. One night the lovers are walking home after having seen a play and talking about getting married when a wrench is thrown into their romance. A hit man posing as a thug scuffles with Wheat, and shoots him in the heart. The audience doesn't immediately realize that Wheat is dead because they see him chase the villain away. When Wheat returns to his sobbing girlfriend he is shocked to find that she is cradeling his body in her arms. The main plot of this showis the romantic feeling of yearning that exist between Wheat and Jensen, even though they are worlds apart. Wheat tries to protect Jensen from the same fiends who murdered him, and in doing so enlists the help of a psychic (Whoopie Goldberg) and an angry ghost. If you see the show, you will be as surprised as Wheat was when (Se GHOST page 9) |
