SEALED PROPOSALS, endorsed "Proposal for Bacon, Flour, Oats, Potatoes, Gardeu Seed, Soap. .Wagons, c, Ac" and addressed to the undersigned under-signed at Shebit Day School, St. George, Utah, will be received at this school until two o'clock p. m. of Saturday, March 21, WOO, for furnishing furnish-ing and delivering at point of purchase a quantity of bacon, flour, potatoes, garden seed, '-'. a f"H list and description of which articles can be had by making application to the undersigned at this school. Bidders will state clearly in their bids the proposed price of each article. All articles delivered under contract will be subject to a rigid inspection, before acceptance or rejection thereof. The right is reserved to reiect any and all bids or any part of any bid, if deemed for the best interests of the service. CERTIFIED CIIECKS: Each bid must be accompanied bv a certified cheek or draft upon some United States depository de-pository or solvent national bank, made payable pay-able to the order of the Commissioner of Indian Allairs, for at least FIVE PER CENT of the amount of the proposal, which check or draft will be forfeited to the United States in case any bidder or bidders receiving an award shall tail to promptly execute a contract witli good and sufficient sureties, otherwise to be returned re-turned to the bidder.
