OCR Text	Show ACUINALDO'S REVENGE. Refuges to Release Spanish Prisoners Because Be-cause of their Cruelty to Filipinos. Madrid, March 14. It is reported here that Aguinaldo has redoubled his opposition to the release of the Spanish prisoners now in the hands of the insurgents, in-surgents, because General Polovieja, now minister of war, caused Dr. Rizal, who drew up the statutes of the Philippine Philip-pine league, and was, therefore, practically prac-tically the instigator of the revolt in the islands, to be shot in December, 1S96.
