Show AN ORDINANCE. An Ordinance Constituting a Board of Health in and for the city of St. George, Washington County, Utah. Section 1. Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of St. George, that a Board of Health is hereby established estab-lished to consist of Three (3) persons to be appointed, by the City Council for the term of one year, one of whom shall be a Physician, who shall be a graduate of a regularly chartered Medical College and who shall be the Executive Officer of said Board and who shall be known as the Health Officer. Section 2. The Board of Health as hereby constituted shall have general supervision of the health of the people residing within the Corporate limits of said City, and may exercise all powers granted to local Boards of Health by the Laws of the State of Utah. Section 3. Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with any of the rules, regulations regula-tions or orders of the Board of Flealth as hereby constituted shall be deemed guilty of an offense, and upon conviction convic-tion thereof shall be liable to a fine in any sum not exceeding One Hundred Dollars, or be imprisoned in the City Jail not exceeding One Hundred davs or to both such Fine and Imprisonment. Section 4. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict with this Ordinance Or-dinance are hereby repealed. Section 5.
