Show DeLamar Mill Claims Another Victim. Franklin Turnbow Carter arrived home, from DeLamar on the 7th inst. and died from the effects of mill poisioning on Wednesday, the 14th inst. at 2:25 p. m. Deceased was a son of William and Saphronta Turnbow Carter and was born in St. George August -I. ISI',4. He was married in the St. George Templo April 21. I .. to Miss Surah Hemanway. of this city, by whom he had five children, all of whom with his wife are living. He was a mill foreman Tor some years at the DeLamar mill, and !irst felt the effects (,f the deadly dust about, a year ago. During the past three mouths the fell trouble increased so rnpidly that- Carter realised he could not. last lonu. and. Came home to die among his family and relatives.
