Show Potato Blight Hits Crop Near Enterprise Tour of Potato Fields To 15e Held Sept. 5 Startinj; from New Castle ENTERPRISE, Utah Fear that serious damage may be caused by t ho potato crop in this vicinity is being expressed by the farmers of this area. The Zuker-man Zuker-man farm of some 500 acres, and Charlie Sides' farm in particular, are showing damage. Present indications are that the blight is attacking the early varieties vari-eties much more than the later ones. Since this is the first year that such a blight has damaged the crop to such an extent, the farmers are wondering if the blight may not be caused by the heavy rains along with their regular reg-ular irrigation. Also some blame is being placed on the hot weather after the heavy storms. I'otntoe Tour A potato tour has b"en planned ! for next week, reports Anson Call. I county agent.
